Etiquette Tips To ensure that you and those around you reap the full benefits of Jabulani, please note the following etiquette tips: Arrive Early - Arriving late will deprive you of treatment time. Remember, your treatment will end on time so the next client is not delayed, regardless of how late you start.   Appointments - We recommend that appointments be made prior to arrival so that we can meet your specific requests. Please also advise us if you have any specific health conditions or allergies, which could affect your service.   Booking - Please be aware we are reserving our facilities just for you. Bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number.   Cancellation/Change Appointment Policy - A 12-hour cancellation or change notice is required to avoid being charged $50.00 missed appointment fee for all services except the tanning booth.   Check-In Policy - Checking in 10 minutes prior to your 1st appointment will allow to enhance your services in combination with the use of whole facility.   Gift Certificates - Gift certificates may be purchased for services, packages, products or a dollar amount. Phone and money orders are available.   Gratuities and Taxes - The usual taxes will apply. If you feel that you have been treated exceptionally well, and wish to show your gratitude-it is welcome. Prices for the services are subject to change.   Return/Exchange Policy- Only un-opened product brought back for refund or exchange. Sorry, we can not take back anything that has been opened or used.
